A law graduate with specialized diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from University of Poona (India), Mr. R L Dhingra has over 30 years of expertise. Before entering into legal profession in 1987, he had been in regular service with the Indian Air Force for over two decades, as a Mechanical Engineer and had actively participated in two Indo-Pak wars of 1965 and 1971. Since May 1991, he had started legal practice, but it was only in 2006 that he started offering his expert services in the field of Labour Laws in Delhi NCR by taking up the cases under Industrial Laws, such as Payment of Gratuity, Workmen Compensation, and Payment of Wages Act besides the above, and the appeals in the EPF Appellate Tribunal.

He appears before diverse fora including the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various statutory authorities / Regulatory fora.

CHIEF OFFICER - OPERATIONS

A Pharmacist by qualification, Ms. Monika Arora heads Optimum’s overall Operations, and is also a member of the Business Advisory team. Ms. Arora is known as a people’s person and a strong networker. With over 13 years of experience, she plays a key role in Business Development, Client Relations, Operations and Delivery in the organization. She has been managing people at work actively. With her deep insight into processes in the context of client businesses, she works with clients on performance improvement projects. She also spearheaded the implementation of Optimum’s quality management system and its certification under ISO 9001:2015.
